Edward Wright

Edward Wright is the Founder and Principal of Equity Strategies Pty Ltd.

He is an honours graduate in law with masters degrees from the Universities of Michigan and Auckland. He has practiced law in New Zealand, New York, Tokyo and Sydney. He is a solicitor and attorney of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Edward was a partner with the leading law firm Freehills in Sydney for ten years. His experience in Australia and internationally spans many facets of corporate and commercial law.

Since 1991, his primary involvement has been in the field of executive pay and executive/employee share and cash-based plans.

Edward has written a number of publications and papers, including as editor and one of the authors of a loose-leaf service, Doing Business in Australia, published by Matthew Bender, New York, in 1992.
